Scatter plot with different text at each data point

I’m not aware of any plotting method which takes arrays or lists but you could use annotate() while iterating over the values in n.

import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
y = [2.56422, 3.77284, 3.52623, 3.51468, 3.02199]
z = [0.15, 0.3, 0.45, 0.6, 0.75]
n = [58, 651, 393, 203, 123]

fig, ax = plt.subplots()
ax.scatter(z, y)

for i, txt in enumerate(n):
    ax.annotate(txt, (z[i], y[i]))
