How can I convert NSRange to Range<String.Index> in Swift?
I want to use the following UITextFieldDelegate method:
func textField(textField: UITextField!,
shouldChangeCharactersInRange range: NSRange,
replacementString string: String!) -> Bool {
textField.text.stringByReplacingCharactersInRange(???, withString: string)
