If you want to convert an Instant to a Date:
Date myDate = Date.from(instant);
And then you can use SimpleDateFormat for the formatting part of your question:
SimpleDateFormat formatter = new SimpleDateFormat("dd MM yyyy HH:mm:ss");
String formattedDate = formatter.format(myDate);
